We are looking for multiple dynamic and customer focused individuals to come & join in on 2 new projects at this awesome organisation!

Key Details:

  • 2 - 3 month temporary assignments with the potential to extend or go perm
  • $27.80 - 28.95 per hour + 8%
  • 8:30PM - 5PM Monday - Friday
  • Work on new and exciting projects within the sales team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals—volume, retention, and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional phone support; respond quickly, accurately, and professionally; escalate issues when needed.
  • Process & Accuracy: Use your time effectively, maintain precise records, and follow risk/compliance procedures—especially with high-risk merchants.
  • Risk & Compliance: Stay current on policies and standards, apply pricing guidelines, collaborate across teams to meet customer needs, and support a positive team environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven sales experience (e.g., call centre, door-to-door, retail).
  • Resilience—rejection drives you forward.
  • Adaptable mindset—thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams.
  • Strong adherence to rules, procedures, and compliance.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management.
Must have:
  • Clear criminal history and successful credit check.
  • NZ citizen or permanent resident.
  • Willingness to complete any required pre-employment testing.
